Raster images, or the IMAGE entity are not yet supported by CadLib. It will be in 1 or 2 releases down the road (so expect within a month or 3). Currently I'm working on OpenGL support, which will give the possibility of rendering images like that. The OpenGL package will be available as an extra option for CadLib since there's considerable work in it and most like not all people will be needing it.
