Improving GDI Draw speed

Hi Jens,

I just had a look at the drawing you sent and did some quick profiling. There's no significant optimization I can do with the current rendering pipeline and current .NET version. The current pipeline is not super sophisticated, and just draws everything, regardless whether it's visible inside the viewport.

I'm working on a new rendering pipeline, and that will test clip before actually rendering, but it will be finished later this year hopefully. So for now you'll have to work around it and double buffer.
