An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileLoadException' occurred in WW.Cad.dll
Could not load file or assembly 'BouncyCastle.Crypto, Version=1.8.6.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)

Did you sign your application with a strong name key?

For .NET core there's a read example on github, did you try any of the sample applications? Follow the instructions in program.cs for how to setup trial license from the strong name key that you generated.

did exactly the same

C# Code:
      WW.WWLicense.SetLicense("AQAAABRV2rNOxK5UbZsXkRo8qEYsczmXJzl1Jbt1jUQXfM1uEssWwTcyhbJMUbbN0u22wy9BHqWxm8pczdGvaKzuQzFZ+c6hX27DFE8qHF+0uThNww6QaD/v+s4yLvWKk2FGnUsgF2PnoZhC1NchO7QIFtralkSfllAqIDvZaUpZNG3s");

            ReadCadDrawing();

Again: Did you sign your application with a strong name key?

It's the only reason you'd be getting that exception.

If you remove all the obj/bin directories from the zip it should be fine. I don't need the obj/bin data.

You can e-mail the zip file as well.
