Hi,
Is there any way to assign quality of image for export,
using "CreateBitmap" with "GraphicsConfig".
After "DotsPerInch" changed quality my image still lower.
All images after export dwg files have same color.

DotsPerInch doesn't change the quality, it only affects things like line width, and you should typically let it remain at its default value for bitmap export.

The trial version is limited to the orange color (which is stated below the download button on the CadLib homepage).
